  Yvonne Dellos @ Rezults Medical Aesthetics & Weight Loss is the best in the business bar none!! Her listening ear to her clients needs, determining what my goals are, and coming up with a plan of action to reach those goals are the best in the business. She has that "leap to serve attitude with her patients" at every aspect & step of their lives to help them achieve their goals is incredible. She is a cheerleader, coach & counselor all in one! I have been to multiple weight-loss facilities in Salt Lake City, tried HGC, and other weight-loss products. Nothing is compared to the level of service & expertise that Yvonne provides to every patient. Since being our her plan of action I have lost over 20 pounds in six weeks. More than I have ever lost on any Dr. supervised weight loss program with more to go to my goal of 160 pds from my college days!!! My body and life feels like I have always dreamed it would be. My BP has gone from 155/110 on medication to 117/73 now able to get off my medication being a middle aged white male man. If you are serious about getting your life & weight back in order she is the one to call & see at her office in Heber City! I am going to publish my start pictures, one month pictures, & 60 days pictures in two weeks! Yvonne is incredible!!! If you want to improve your life at any level she is the one to call & go see!!! I wish Google was able to give her 100 Stars. She deserves it :).
